Brian is the proud father of Ethan (13) and Benjamin (9) and is married to Elizabeth LeBlanc. Brian started mountain biking in 2019 and has been addicted ever since. He mostly rides near his house in Groton, MA. Brian can be found on skis coming down a mountain or playing billiards when he's not in the saddle. Brian is very excited to be one of the founding members of NDO Racing.
Chris has been a fixture in the New England Mountain bike community for more than 30 years. He started in the community while working at Lincoln Guide Service in Lincoln MA in 1992 and hasn't missed a single riding season since then! He has been a member of NEMBA nearly since it's inception, and was once a member of the legendary RAGE Mountain Bike Club out of Boston. Chris is now a Groton-local with two awesome mountain biking daughters Chloe (14) and Piper (11). He still rides 2-3X a week but now splits his time between mountain biking and gravel riding.
Brian lives in Groton with his wife Lisa and two children Harrison (5) and Harper (3). Brian is a special education administrator in the GD Middle School and also organizes and coaches the middle school mountain bike club.
Keith is an Engineer and a father of 2, one of which is teammate Xavier. He started mountain biking in the mountains of Northern California before moving to MA in 2010. Keith has ridden bikes avidly his whole life, and is looking forward to helping your kids ride their bikes to the best of their ability.
My name is Stephanie Schneider and I have been living in Groton with my husband, 2 daughters, and many chickens since 2017. I am an avid mountain biker and this will be my second year coaching with an NEYC team! I am excited to have the opportunity to share my love mountain biking and being outdoors with young athletes. I have many years of experience coaching junior athletes in several different sports including: track & field, XC skiing, biathlon, and, of course, mountain biking.
For the past 8 years I have been the Junior Program Director and Head Coach of the Massachusetts State Junior Biathlon team, and have had the opportunity to guest coach with the Junior National Biathlon Team at several Elite Development Camps at the OTC in Lake Placid and at the 2024 Junior World Championships in Oteppa, Estonia.
My favorite part of coaching is helping athletes to develop a love for sport, positive self-esteem, appreciation for the outdoors, and a sense of contributing to a team. I am looking forward to a fun season!
